Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment to McTaba Labs. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to McTaba Labs are final and non-refundable. Once a receipt has been generated and sent to you confirming your payment, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
2. Subscription-Based Training Model
By making a payment — whether as a one-time upfront payment or through an installment plan — you acknowledge that you are paying for a subscription to our training programs and educational services. This includes access to cohort-based programs, marathons, courses, and all associated materials and sessions for the duration of your subscription.
3. Payment Acknowledgement
Upon completing any payment, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this no-refund policy.
- You are subscribing to a training program and accept that all fees are non-refundable.
- A receipt will be issued for every payment made, and no refund will be processed once that receipt has been generated and delivered to you.
4. Trial / Intro Sessions
If we offer a free intro or trial session, no payment is required and no refund applies.
5. Installment Plans
If you are on an installment plan, you remain responsible for all remaining payments regardless of whether you continue to participate in the program. Payments already made under an installment plan are non-refundable.
6. Deferrals
In lieu of a refund, you may request to defer your enrollment to a future cohort one time, subject to availability. Deferrals must be requested by emailing before the start of your enrolled cohort. Deferrals do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Course Cancellation by Us
If McTaba Labs cancels a program before it starts, you may choose a full credit toward another program or a future cohort. Refunds for cancellations initiated by McTaba Labs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
