McTaba Career Day brought together students, bootcamp graduates, and early-career developers with companies actively hiring in the Kenyan tech ecosystem. The format mixed structured talks with open networking sessions.

Attendees got direct access to hiring managers, practiced their pitches, and several left with interview invitations. The event also featured lightning talks from developers who broke into tech without traditional CS degrees.
